Supporter Packages

PTA Supporter Packages need to be updated every year.

Bronze Supporter $250 (suggested level)

  • PTA Annual Support and 1 Yearbook

Silver Supporter $500

  • Same as Bronze Supporter and Pass for 4 to Pancake Breakfast

Gold Supporter $1000

  • Same as Silver Supporter and Exclusive PTA-hosted Reception

Help us keep track of all of our supporters! It is fast and easy! To submit your supporter info online, 1) use the Google Form with the link below and follow instructions to enter your info and 2) select your payment type:

  1. Complete the Taylor PTA Online Supporter Form (this will take you to a Google Form)
  2. Select a Payment Type

Don't want to do it online? Prefer to do it the old-fashioned way and pay by check? Please 1) print and fill out the supporter form with the link below, enclose the form with your check in an envelope labeled as "Taylor PTA", and 2) submit it to the school (instructions listed on the form).
